Specialized Digital provides web-based software tools for business management workflows. Features may include customer management, services and rates, orders, reports, staff users, support requests, and subscription management.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure. You agree not to share login credentials or use the service for unlawful activity.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Access may require a monthly, annual, or custom-build payment. Subscription activation may be manual or processed through supported payment providers. Access is granted only after payment is verified.

4. Custom build services

Custom build services are scoped separately based on the requested workflow. A custom build fee covers implementation work and does not remove any ongoing subscription or hosting charges unless agreed in writing.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, upload harmful content, or use the software to violate any applicable laws.

6. Data

Business data is intended to be separated by business account. You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the platform.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be updated, improved, or changed as the platform develops.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Specialized Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
